As an immigrant and mother of a neurodiverse child, I’m keenly attuned to the complexity of the biological, experiential, and cultural factors that shape us, and believe therapy isn’t just about solving problems but about harnessing your unique qualities to achieve a rich and fulfilling life.
My approach is based on a psychoanalytic foundation and melds creativity with research. I hold an MFA in creative writing and completed analytic training at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP) where I received the Educator’s Award for my paper synthesizing a neurobiological model of mind with a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities.
