My name is Maria Ramirez, an English/Spanish LPC focused on building strong therapeutic relationships and using proven effective interventions to help my clients identify, challenge, and replace unhealthy thinking patterns and behaviors that hold them back or prevent them from achieving wellness. My approach to therapy varies depending on your needs. I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Play Therapy techniques. I have experience working with children and women, trauma survivors, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Grief, and difficulty adjusting to changes.
