I am a licensed psychologist with 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings, currently as a supervising clinician at Mount Sinai West. I utilize an integrative approach in my work, tailoring it to your unique needs. My style is generally psychodynamic, with elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Mindfulness practices incorporated as needed.
I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, and other challenges in people's lives from a culturally sensitive perspective. My aim is to increase your ability to handle life's changing stressors, as well as addressing those that have become fixed patterns.
