I tend to think within a psychodynamic context, and I lean on Family Systems Theory. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Expressive Art, Sand Tray, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and good old-fashioned Talk Therapy.
I believe each client holds within the unique ability to know and to heal the self. As your therapist, I attune with you and track where you are on your journey. I listen, reflect, guide, teach, facilitate, confront and encourage. Wherever you are in the process, I will walk alongside you.
