In sessions with me, you might expect to focus on how thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationship dynamics might be impacting you currently and what could change to improve your life satisfaction or enhance sport performance.

My specialty areas include anxiety disorders/perfectionism, athlete performance enhancement, adjustment concerns/life transitions, relationship issues, and body image and eating concerns. I work hard to deliver evidenced-based treatment tailored to your specific needs.
My goal is to create a warm, genuine, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for you to explore yourself and your life. I recognize and value intersectionality and strive to facilitate safety in our space. I imagine it can be difficult and maybe even intimidating to seek help, but I’m hopeful we will tackle whatever you’re struggling with together.
