You can work on strengthening problem solving, parenting skills, setting boundaries, and modifying behaviors that are no longer helpful.
I can provide a space that is easygoing, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Together we can build a therapeutic relationship that will focus on reaching your inner wellness. You can work on building self-esteem, learning coping strategies, gaining self-confidence, motivation, and healthy communication patterns.
