As a Clinical Social Worker, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals who present with a broad range of concerns. My approach is trauma-informed and incorporates a variety of evidenced-based treatments with a particular focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
We may not have control over many things in life, but it is my belief that you should have control over your healing.
