I provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for you to explore mental and emotional experiences to find your unique path to recovery and journey back to yourself. I utilize a reflective and curious approach that incorporates Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, is influenced by Internal Family Systems, and I am trained in EMDR.
Personal growth and recovery is possible from past painful experiences. Through self acceptance and compassion, I can help you to overcome the struggles you are faced with so that you can live free from whatever might be holding you back from being your most authentic, true self.
