Groups
Overcoming Perfectionism - Virtual Group
Do you find your perfectionistic tendency getting in your way to accomplish things that matters to you? This is an online group course for adults 18+ who would like to gain coping skills to manage their perfectionism. Each session is 90 minutes. A total of 4 weekly sessions per course. Each session includes psycho-education and group process. Maximum 20 participants per group. $30 per person per session. Participants may repeat the course if space allowed.
