I offer all my client’s a nonjudgmental and safe space to begin their healing process. Everyone faces different challenges among different stages of their life, life is constantly changing and providing us with opportunities to grow and change. Sometimes the changes are not expected or not the change anticipated or desired and it can cause feelings of uneasiness and discomfort.
I hope to be able to give my client’s that hope that things can get better and that things will not be stagnant forever. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and families in helping navigate the different stages in life. My approach is client centered and tailored individually to each client’s needs.
