I joined Strouse Counseling and Wellness LLC in April 2021. I specialize in counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults. In my life and in my work I have engaged in and witnessed the power of spontaneous, authentic, creative self-expression and the releasing of emotions and past experiences through the Expressive Arts as a way to grow and heal. I have been inspired to invite you to experience the transformative and healing magic of the Expressive Arts.
Through working together I encourage you in connecting and attuning with your ability to know and understand yourself by engaging in your own creative process which may include, but is not limited to the following modalities: drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, dance and movement, play, drama, sand tray, storytelling, writing, poetry, and music.
