Therefore, I can see clients who need Substance Abuse Assessment as well as treatment including those who have incurred a DUI arrest. I offer counseling in both languages: English and Spanish.

Anger and Stress Management Group
This group will look at the internal & external triggers of anger & stress to help you identify your feelings before your reaction. This group meets weekly on Saturday for a six-week series and focus on developing tools to manage anger and stress. This group is limited to five participants. This group is offered in Spanish as well.

Parenting Group
Parenting can be a challenging task. This experience can help reduce tension, conflict, and stress in the parent-child relationship. It also helps improve the relationships between children or teens and their parent or guardian. Our classes are 8 weeks and focus on teaching parents general parenting skills and helping them develop and maintain positive relationships with their children.
