Hi there. I’m so glad you’re here. Big feelings can rock a person’s world at any age or stage of development. I use relational talk therapy and trauma informed-attachment theory to help clients develop new insight, a healthier relationship to their emotions and new patterns of behavior. Through our work together, we will increase your skills and resilience to roll with life’s challenges with greater compassion, clarity and fun. My experience includes individual therapy with all ages, Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression and anxiety, facilitating therapy groups, couples and family therapy, and solution-focused reflective parent coaching. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to process difficult experiences, deepen self-awareness and make meaningful changes.
My approach to therapy is curious, collaborative and individualized. I have the clinical training and experience, but you are the expert on you.
