I am excited that you are here today. My primary job as a psychotherapist is to assist others in managing issues in life. I enjoy helping others; I like providing the right tools to individuals in order to allow them to see their potential in life; to see them make progress towards their goals. However, this is not my only role in life. I am also a friend, partner, and step-parent who plays a role in who I am today and my personality. I believe my personality is very welcoming to others.
I am friendly, a good listener, and empathetic; this has helped my approach in therapy as it eases the process of building rapport and setting an accepting environment. I was raised in a home with values and morals that now define who I am and have also helped my career; this includes being humble, honest, respectful and caring.
Throughout my nine years of experience, I have dealt with different diagnosis, including Depression, Anxiety, bipolar, and adjustment disorder, among others. I also have certifications in the following areas EMDR, Solution Focused, Cognitive behavioral therapy and Batterers intervention program.
