I'm have experience working with clients with anxiety, trauma, and depression. In my therapeutic process I like to help clients recognize symptoms, triggers, and develop strategies and tools to learn how to cope with those symptoms. Sometimes this process can be straight forward, but sometimes it requires time and a deep understanding of ourselves.
