I understand the weight trials can have on one’s shoulders, and you do not have to carry them alone. I have experience working with those who have endured trauma, illness, stress, and the uncertainty life transition can bring. I am devoted to empowering those experiencing anxiety, depression, women’s issues, identity issues, new parenting, communication, and relationship issues. I have a passion to serve others through the many pivotal moments life brings. During these seasons, the therapy room is a safe environment for such change and exploration. I use a variety of approaches and resources including Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while fostering your strengths to help you thrive and create change. I am committed to offering services that are inclusive of all genders, cultures, faiths, and races.
L & B Counseling is breaking the stigma of counseling with an outside the box approach. We believe that the real world is outside the office and engaging in a more active way is how it should be done. We are outdoors oriented, but we do offer in-office and virtual appointments. Multiple therapists are available so if you prefer someone else, you are covered.
