I strive to create an open, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment for everyone in my office.
My approach includes exposure and response prevention therapy, inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Together, we will work on facing your biggest fears, learning ways to manage your distress when those fears arise, and begin working toward an acceptance of the things which are ultimately out of your control.
