I have been a psychotherapist for over 10 years. I work with individuals, couples and families, working on processing and resolving issues. I tend to use a CBT approach to therapy in order to work with each client to create a specific plan, set achievable goals, and identify coping skills and tools needed to move forward in a positive and healthy way. Treatment is individualized to meet the needs and goals of the client.
