Beating Burnout
The National Health Organization (NHO) recently and finally recognized Burnout as a medical condition. The best and most motivated employees are generally the most vulnerable to burn-out. This 8-week group provides educational, experiential, and process group elements. The purpose is to remove the shameful stigma and self-blame of burn-out and empower you with tools and strategies to cope, to transition, and to regain control of your health in a challenging work environment. Understanding the bullying and exclusion pathology in some workplaces -- and considering your options to cope with it -- is also critical to maintaining mental and physical health.

Nearer 2 Nature
Experiences in "nearby nature" can regulate and improve mood, reduce bodily stress, provide calming and containment, expanded perspective, and open spiritual and creative connection for some. These groups are limited to 4 people or can be arranged individually for existing clients. Based on principles and theory of ecotherapy, experiences include guided sensory exercises, nature story metaphors, and group and individual opportunities to reconnect with inner nature and outer Nature. Nearby locations vary. Mild to moderate exertion. Scheduling varies. Special waiver of liability is required.

Preparation & Perils of Caregiving & Inheritance
Have you been given or accepted a role as a family caregiver, a legal Power of Attorney for finances or health, or Successor Trustee within an elder's life? Trusts and wills are often advised, but dealing with all the duties, others' reactions, and personal stress of this path is overwhelming, even health-threatening. This is not a group for legal advice, but rather to provide peer support, share ideas about coping, process of selecting and communicating with hired professionals such as lawyers, and resources in your community. THIS GROUP IS NOT FOR LEGAL OR MEDICAL ADVICE.
