I've been trained in play therapy using sand tray & activity-based mindfulness for children. I was born in Brooklyn, NY. Growing up in a diverse community helped me see the importance of being a culturally competent therapist which enhances quality of care.
I work with individuals with various mental health disorders, behavioral & social problems, relationship issues, trauma, etc. Empowering individuals is important in therapy.
