I provide quality mental health care for diverse populations. As a mental health therapist, I assist many by providing bilingual and bicultural therapy, consultation, coaching, workshops, presentations and more. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, youth and families in Sonoma County and beyond. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, life transitions, work/career changes, intergenerational trauma, the acculturation process and dealing with everyday stressors. I work with adults, children, and families, and have experience with diverse populations including BIPOC.
My main orientation is incorporating holistic approaches with Trauma focus approaches and Narratives/stories, working on self-awareness intergenerational trauma, and looking at multigenerational healing. I believe in processing and healing past wounds, while also working with the body and what is coming up. My services incorporate liberation psychology.
I approach therapy with a holistic and spiritual lens considering mind, body, and spiritual wellness. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients; helping them to become empowered and find a sense of purpose and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
