Welcome to the Holy Therapy Cottage, I am dedicated to supporting, honoring, and edifying all women in different seasons of their lives. Counseling is for women who are motivated to address the issues and struggles they find present in their lives. My professional training has been focused on: Inner child healing, generational trauma healing, struggles with anxiety, relational struggles, and struggles in the perinatal stages (pregnancy struggles and postpartum struggles).
Our knowledge and wisdom continues to grow in areas of mental health and emotional wellness. In therapy there is an integration of this wisdom and knowledge with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This is a Christian/Catholic Counseling ministry.
