Life is full of ongoing changes and transitions. Youth today are faced with a myriad of challenges, as technology has advanced and schedules have become increasingly hectic. I use a relational developmental approach to psychotherapy. That means that I get to know you as a whole person, while taking into account the challenges of your phase of life. I then help to guide you in learning more positive coping skills as you process your life experiences and explore how to develop and maintain healthy relationships.
Achieving a family, does not mean blissful joy at all times; keeping a balance and maintaining self-identity does not come easily. Some moments are more difficult than others.
