Evidence based practices that inform my practice include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness based treatment, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT for couples), Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) model.
