I specialize in healthy relationships, the one with yourself and with others. I have a specific approach that is easy to understand and apply from the first session. A relational approach addresses specific issues with PTSD, trauma and depression and anxiety disorders.
I honor the courage it takes a couple or individual to begin the therapeutic process. I know it can be difficult work at times, but making an investment in yourself is courageous and rewarding for long term health and happiness. I use a focus on strengths and compassion with a non-blaming, non-pathologizing approach.
