Every woman is unique! My strength is to help you find your own voice so you can make decisions about your life, especially when the emotional terrain is muddy. My clients include women of diverse backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, mood changes, loss (human or furry), and relationship challenges. Sometimes these challenges may leave you feeling worried, scared, or confused and needing a non-judgmental space to make sense of what has happened. Whether you are a daughter, student, wife, mother, or grandmother going through life transitions or major changes, I’m here to help!
In my practice, I value slowing down, actively listening to your story and together deciding what direction to move in treatment. I draw on my clinical training to help you increase your awareness, coping ability, and resilience. I also support my clients by teaching new skills and offering community resources that can help in addition to therapy.
