I have taught classes at the graduate school at UM and provided numerous workshops, groups and presentations in South Florida. In the latter part of my career I developed a specialty working with addictions and helping family members. After serving as Clinical Supervisor of South Miami Hospital's Addiction Treatment Program, I continued this specialty in my practice. I am a Certified Master's Level Addiction Professional and have used my training and experience to focus on working with addiction and those affected by it. Providing education and rebuilding these relationships has led many to take control of their lives and reunite with those they care about.
My training in Family Systems and experience working with families and couples has led to an appreciation of the importance of having all of the pieces in place before being able to make accurate assessments and effective interventions.
