I help clients learn to relate to themselves in a different way, which opens internal space to choose how we respond to life’s challenges instead of feeling overwhelmed.
I am no stranger to the pain of human life and the suffering we hold in our bodies after experiencing trauma. I walk my talk and lead clients in a gentle, supportive way through terrain I know myself. I guide my clients with patience, intuition and confidence toward the place of inner healing that may feel lost or forgotten but is not. It is waiting for you.
