I will hold space for you in a non-judgemental, empathetic, and kind approach while also helping to keep you accountable for the changes you want to see. I work from a trauma informed lens and am trained in EMDR and Ego State/Parts work using IFS.
I enjoy working with women and all individuals from a Christian view point. Speciality areas include: life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, and career counseling.
