I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients of all ages and all walks of life. I believe in a collaborative process between the client and therapist, as well as the clients' right to an honest, empathetic, and safe space to work towards therapeutic goals. My practice is client driven and client centered as I offer my guidance and support in navigating challenging times from your past, present, and future.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities rooted in family systems, to address the layers and complexities that make us the unique individuals that we are.
