I have over 25 years of experience working with children, adults and families, with a focus on younger children and those dealing with trauma. I am accepting new clients with my group practice. We have clinicians specializing in young children, teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ clients of all ages. We are now excited to offer couples therapy as well!
My passion is to help children, families and adults that are experiencing emotional, behavioral or relational challenges find hope and healing which will increase their positive sense of self and improve their emotional well-being. We have a team of 5 clinicians with varying specialties to work with children, teens and adults.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process which flourishes in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic environment. My client-centered approach encourages individuals to gain greater self-awareness, enhance self-esteem and develop effective coping skills, which in turn increases personal sense of peace, contentment and inner happiness.
