As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, I give clients the choice to integrate art making with evidence based, psycho therapeutic practices as a supportive, nonjudgmental tool for communication and expression.
My areas of specialty are working with children, adolescents, and young adults who have experienced trauma, are managing anxiety, grief, change, and various other life stressors. The therapies I primarily use include Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
