As a clinician, I get the privilege to parachute into my clients’ lives and help them make meaning of their unique life experiences. I strongly believe that human beings have an innate ability for growth and self-realization. As I navigate my clients’ personal journeys, I aim to identify and remove internal mental barriers that prevent them from discovering their own self-actualizing forces. Just as a seed needs water and sunlight to develop into a beautiful tree, human beings need mental and emotional balance to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
I prefer a collaborative client-therapist approach supported by established therapeutic modalities. When working with couples and families, I take the role of an active and compassionate participant in the therapy process helping family members identify the negative interaction cycle, restructure relationship interactions, and strengthen relationship.
