My schedule is full at this time. Please check back mid to late Sept. Human beings are unique, complex, and possess the capacity for change. Although adversity and struggle can feel overwhelming, can make us feel lost or stuck, our essential selves are not lost and are not wholly defined by depression or angst or trauma or grief. Compassionate, respectful support provides a space to explore, discover, reclaim, change, heal, and grow.
I have experience providing therapy for a number of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, life transitions, and career and educational challenges. I use an eclectic approach at times and often utilize cognitive therapy, existential therapy, brief/solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness psychology.
Relief, increased contentment, hopefulness, self acceptance, healing and growth, are attainable. Therapy is an opportunity and a kind of journey, and it is my honor to travel along that path with you.
