I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups and extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I am a trauma specialist trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, TA, EMDR, Havening, Reiki, Tapping and AIT techniques. My passion is to help individuals overcome specific traumas and end negative cycles for good.

I know how helpless it can feel to have reached a breaking point in your life. I help people redefine their goals for better health and overall success. My approach is supportive, respectful and nonjudgmental. Whenever possible, I infuse a sense of humor and fun into my sessions.
