I’m Margie- a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working towards my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate, with over a decade of experience helping women navigate their healing journeys. I utilize a trauma-informed, relational approach and draw from several frameworks including mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
I engage in a collaborative process with my clients to learn about each individual’s unique strengths, challenges, hopes and fears, and subsequently tailor interventions and practical strategies for change. I aim to create a relaxed, nurturing, nonjudgmental space, where we both feel safe to be our authentic selves. I look forward to getting to know you!
