My passion and personal experience are working with families with adolescents or young adults in residential treatment. My treatment approach with attachment based therapy helps families and couples learn how to communicate vulnerably to increase the trust in the relationship. Providing families, couples and individuals specialized treatment to identify the attachment ruptures that prevent you from understanding each other's needs. I also provide, parenting coaching and assessment of parental stressors to identify your multi-generational approach to parenting that is not working.
My style of therapy is about understanding your needs and goals. I work to create a safe emphatic relationship where we can explore your challenges and obstacles. I want to know how you want to live your life and work with your strengthens and experiences to develop a road map to get there. I have helped people of all ages and life stages.
