I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, registered by the Virginia Board of Counseling. I provide therapy online via HIPAA-compliant encrypted video to clients ages 18 to adult who are appropriate for online services. I offer therapy in both English and Russian.
I use trauma informed and holistic perspective, evidence based, strength focused and a person-centered interventions. I can be a strong source of support for people interested in psychological well-being who struggle to cope with past trauma, feelings, problems and unwanted behavior patterns. Understanding unique needs of LGBTQ+ community.
I have extensive supplementary training in Clinical Gestalt Therapy, Body Focused, Crisis and Trauma Counseling and EMDR. Trilingual: English, Ukrainian, Russian. A native of Ukraine I practiced for several years as a therapist overseas.
