My name is Margaret (Malgorzata) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adults and adolescents. Congratulations for taking a step to invest in your well being. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to increase your awareness and teach you helpful skills. I help my clients navigate a variety of challenges including symptoms of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, addictions, self-harm, insomnia, school and work issues, family conflict and relationship problems.
My goal as a therapist is to connect you to your identity and to help you embrace who you are, in spite of whatever has happened in your life. I can help you to learn how to manage difficulties related to mental health symptoms, stressful life events and life transitions.
