I use a person centered approach and meeting clients were they are at in this current moment along with working towards larger goals for clients to create lives worth living for themselves. While my style is eclectic, I often have an attachment and trauma focused lens with my clients.
I have extensive background working in high acuity settings, and am currently employed full time as a psychiatric social worker at a psychiatric hospital. I also have experience working with complex family dynamics and therapy with children, adolescents and young adults as a Home Community Treatment Clinician.
I offer sessions in person or by telehealth on Saturdays and can be contacted either via calls or email, although email would work best! I can be reached at: margaretscottlcsw@outlook.com
