I use a personalized and integrative therapy approach that caters to each client's unique needs. I am trained in EMDR and I'm also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a three-year long specialization. I've discovered that employing somatic techniques can be especially beneficial when addressing symptoms related to trauma or complex trauma (C-PTSD).
I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship plays a crucial role in fostering genuine healing and transformation. To ensure a good fit, I provide a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
