My eclectic therapeutic lens draws upon evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Narrative Therapy. My style is empathetic, curious, and occasionally humorous. Above all, I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy.
