With more than 15 years of experience working with young adults as they transition from adolescence to adulthood, I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals who face issues of Identity, self-esteem, educational and career pressures and interpersonal challenges. In addition to young adults, I have deep experience with adult caregivers of the aging and disabled. At any stage of life anxiety and depression can arise and interfere with one's ability to reach personal and professional goals.
I seek to establish a safe and comfortable context in which to discuss, prioritize and strategize collaboratively the attainment of the client's goals. Respect for every person's right to determine their path to wellness is a core value of my practice thus I utilize a variety of approaches depending on an individual's specific needs.
