Therapy can be interesting, moving and fun. It can also be difficult. I help you balance these dynamics for change. My approach is strength-based, positive and individually tailored to your needs. We begin by identifying your strengths and look at the places where you are able to use them and the blocks you are experiencing. Through engaging, supportive and challenging discussion, exercises and practice, you come to different, more effective, approaches and experiences.

I have post-graduate training in CBT, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

I am also a certified Pastoral Counselor (http://aapc.org). My own formation is grounded in Lutheran, Reformed Christian and Catholic faith and practice.
