Hello, my name is Margaret Martinez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kentucky, via telehealth. I work with adolescent and adult individuals who experience depression, anxiety, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral and Processing Therapy to assist my clients with overcoming mental health and emotional challenges. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy because they help us understand the client's situation together and find a way forward.
My style works well with people of all ages, from teens to older adults, who are dealing with life's changes and pressures. I often help with anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues. My goal is to support my clients through these times, helping them build confidence and develop a more positive outlook on life.
