Having a compassionate person available to listen to your struggles is sometimes all one needs. I enjoy working along side my clients as they discover new ways to handle difficulties. For almost 25 years I have provided counseling in multiple settings including one-on-one and group, crisis department, grief groups, MHMR, and schools (teens).
I assist individuals, couples, and families to identify stressors, work towards self-discovery, and reaching personal goals. Anxiety, depression, self-esteem, making wrong choices, and family difficulties can all impact a person's life.
I believe in a comprehensive, collaborative approach to therapy. I use an assortment of clinical intervention which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused.I will provide a sliding scale for those that are paying cash. I will also provide information needed to be reimbursed by insurance.
