I work collaboratively with adult individuals, couples, and families (including teens and children) interested in personal and relational growth. Couples and families in conflict, adult individuals seeking better relationship skills, and individuals wanting relief from trauma are all part of my practice.
I am certified in Brainspotting and offer this modality of deeper, faster healing in both regular sessions and weekend intensives. In talk therapy, my approach is client-centered and individualized for your needs. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to creating a successful outcome for you.
