My name is Dr. Margaret Burgess-Wright, and I have been helping people since 1995. Maybe you are feeling bogged down by the stressors of life. You may have gathered by now that I’m not your typical counselor. You would be correct. With a background in music therapy, school counseling, and counselor education, I see and understand what others may not even recognize. I have unique methods such as music, creativity, strength finding, and solution discovery. I know, it sounds refreshing, doesn't it?
Life can be hard. Aging parents, career, relationships, and finances are just a few stressors many adults face these days. Additionally, you may be sensitive to the events that are happening in our world - climate change, war, politics, etc., and you are needing a soft place to land.
