I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and experience the journey of healing within a safe and supportive environment. I lead with curiosity, care, and humility for all cultural/familial backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, and social experiences. I take delight in seeing and celebrating the unique gifts of each of my clients. Therefore, I work with my clients and families to create fluid and clear goals fit to individual needs to support healing.

Leading with curiosity, care, and safe connections helps us transform internal barriers and self-alienation into bridges for hope and healing, and ultimately experiencing our authentic self with enhanced inner peace, harmony, joy, and health.
I use a range of evidence based, science backed therapies including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, TIST (Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment), EFT Energy Tapping, Havening, Flash Technique, and Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS). I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist and am trained in IFS Level I and Brainspotting Level I & II.
