I help people as they’re making changes in their life, big and small. A significant factor in making a change is our relationship to ourselves. Unfortunately, a build-up of traumatizing or painful experiences can lead us to constantly question our abilities and self-worth. We may struggle with decision-making, seal away parts of our identity, or find ourselves trapped in cycles of anxiety and self-loathing. Of course, if we don't trust there's a safe home to come back to, trying something new or different feels very out of reach.
To help you get unstuck, we'll (re)build that safe home within you. You don’t have to know what to do with all the parts of you in order for all of them to be welcomed. We'll use mindfulness, parts work, and compassion practices to manage the anxiety that often comes with unlearning who you're "supposed" to be and leaning into who you are.
If you’d like more information, reach out by phone or email. You may also schedule a (free) consultation on my website. At this time, I’m primarily seeing clients virtually. In-person options may be available for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy sessions. My sliding scale rate for 50-minute sessions ranges from $150 - $250.
